Extensive waiting with the staff (female asian) having no idea what to do without the man there that usually takes care of everything. She is clueless and can't speak English well at all. We left without letting her stick my wife.

My visit today was awful, I waited 30 minutes passed my appointment time after being told to be there 15 minutes before my appointment. So I waited 45 minutes for a one minute x-ray . While waiting in the waiting room at least 6 people were without mask or wearing them incorrectly and no one there seemed to care. Attached pictures are from today 2 people without masks on at all and two more wearing them below the nose and one below the nose and mouth.

Needed to have an MRI done. They scheduled me quickly.Went to my appointment and everyone who works there was busy talking amongst themselves while people waited to check in. Then I was informed they canceled my appointment. I didn't receive any notice of the cancellation. They didn't get approval from my insurance. Not true they still haven't even sent the an info over to them. It's been a week!! I've called multiple times I get told there's no notes. The person who I need to speak with isn't responding to messages. I get transferred to a vm that isn't even the right person I was told I needed to speak with. I don't know how they ever got any good reviews. Nothing has been done and you can never talk with anyone who knows what is going on. Very disappointed
