I had a pretty bad fall and came in as a walk in. There were 2 cars in the parking lot and 2 employees plus at least one patient. They said they could not see me because I had to make an appointment and they were too busy. I sat in my car looking for another urgent care because I could barely walk. All of their facilities required appointments, and they were all taken. So I went ahead and made an appointment for the next morning. As I'm getting ready to leave, they text me to say they can examine me but they can't do an X-ray because they have no tech. Cancel that appointment and make another one at their Cornelius location the next day, all that was available. As I'm getting ready to leave, they also text me to say they have no X-ray tech. They then proceeded to schedule me back at Mooresville because now the x-ray tech is available. When I get there, I found out that they are not actually a novant facility, so I have to pay upfront, which I wasn't expecting. Long story short, the employees were nice, they got me in and out quickly. I'm not disappointed with my care. I am disappointed that it took me 3 days to be seen at an urgent care, but I would have had to wait the entire day to be seen at the ER. I've pretty much been crying for days in frustration and pain with no relief. I think our medical system is an utter mess.

The staff the waiting time the cleanliness and the Drs.are EXCELLENT. I HIGHLY recommend a visit there if you need Medical help.
