Anthony Agosto my Client Advisor is 100% a perfect sales rep for Mini. He didn’t play games with me and fought to give me the price I was willing to pay. As for the Repair Department “Advisors” I wouldn’t give them a plug nickel. Brian, the one assigned to look at the a/c malfunction in my now, traded-in, CountrymanS, charged me nearly $4,000.00 to fix my a/c, returded the car to me, tokd me it was repaired…and guess what? NO AIR CONDITIONING. THEN.. Tried to sell me a new battery, on a car I’d already “traded-in” for another $500. CROOKS. I cave him a choice…sell me the battery OR, A NEW CAR…BUT NOT BOTH! Minis re great Since 2012, I’m on my 3rd Mini.

I absolutely love my Certified pre-owned Mini Cooper. Their service can be a little backed up, but there's a rental car spot on site. My only place to buy a certified used or new Mini!

I have been a client of this dealer for a long time, first with my previous Mini Cooper and with my current BMW, and I have to say that unfortunately the attention has drastically fallen apart. Today I went to the dealer to ask for information about a new mini cooper and I regret it, I had the worst experience as a customer, by the sales representative Anthony Agosto. An aggressive person, without any culture of service or education. It is unfortunate to see how a dealer like Braman allows a person like this to be the face of his brand and treat his customers in this way. And now I am looking at the previous reviews and I see that it is nothing new and that it is the new culture of this dealer. I hope that the managers see this situation and make the pertinent corrections, since the cars are not going to be selling themselves forever and the customer service culture is very important. Anthony is an embarrassment to Braman palm beach.
