So I forgot my apple AirPods in the car. The girl keep talking to me and asked me 6 times if I was going to give a 5 star rating. Well when i GPS searched my AirPods they show up at a home in west palm with a name attached and when i searched the name its the national rental car employee. So needless to say.. no I do Not give you fice stars My husband and I rent from here 2-3 times a month. They have no number to get this location directly and the customer service line has no clue how to help. But the employee is a thief.

Book a car for my trip home, gave the reservationist my flight info (arriving at 0130 am). He assured me that someone would be onsite until 2am. I an 1.5 hours away from home and no car. Absolutely unacceptable.

There is always a charge for dropping off the car in a place different than where you pick it up.
Yes they do just be aware they will charge you a fee for dropping it off at a different location.
You need to return the vehice to the remote location outside the airport and then take the shuttle to the airport.
