Cinthia Miller is by far one of the most compassionate and professional clinicians that I have had the pleasure to work with. Cinthia M is always motivated to meet all of her clients where they're at which allows clients to feel heard and comfortable. Cinthia M takes her time to understand her clients to create a welcoming environment for anyone who steps into her office including coworkers and colleagues.

It is always a pleasure to work with this group of clinicians. They are professional and provide their patients with warmth, genuineness, and the respect that they deserve. We will definitely be referring our clients to this group for therapy in the future.

Sarah Parsons is not only an incredibly talented professional and confidant, but she is also one of the most kind hearted and compassionate people I have ever met. She makes you feel heard and understood as a unique individual without any form of judgment. More importantly, from the first few minutes of speaking with her, you know that Sarah's empathy and drive to help you are genuine. With Sarah's continued guidance and support, I feel much more confident about being able to navigate any stressor that life may throw at me.

Due to our desire to make sure you maintain maximum privacy and wanting to provide you with the highest level of care possible without constraints from managed care, we are out-of-network providers. This means we do not accept reimbursement directly from insurance. However, the good news is that your health insurance may reimburse you for a portion of the fee. PPO insurances typically reimburse around 50%. We encourage you to find out more regarding your eligibility for out-of-network benefits. We will provide you with the necessary paperwork to submit to your plan for reimbursement.

How do I talk to my child about starting therapy?

Even if you are confident that starting therapy would be good for your child and family, you may be unsure on how to discuss this with your child. Some children are very open to the process and even excited, while others may be hard on themselves or think something is wrong with them. It is important to normalize this process as much as possible discussing with them that it is a good thing to reach out for support and get help when people need. You should also let them know that the whole family will be getting support so they won’t feel alone in the process or feel that they are the “problem”. We offer a free guide on the child therapy page of our website on How to Talk to Your Child about Therapy.

How do I know which therapist will be a good fit for me or my child?

When it comes to deciding on a therapist, it is often difficult to know for sure that it is a good fit. The most important part of the process is you feeling comfortable and developing a connection with the therapist you choose. You can decide to speak with the therapist for a consultation prior to coming in or many allow the first few sessions to see if it will be a good fit moving forward.
