My folks moved here a few months ago. A bit loud and lots of extra people hanging around a few homes around them. Too many cars parked illegally eves and weekends and kids playing in the streets. Not the safest for some of the senior drivers with slower response time and lessened eye sight. The grounds are fine,clean etc. They do seem to a have lot of repairs needed but they are getting them done.

If you are Hispanic or have a disability don't bother trying to buy a property in this park. They will not approve you no matter how good your credit is or your past history. They will come up with a very weak reason and that is the end of that.

I never got a response, and I don't like being ignored. Why ask if you don't answer. I never use the green barrel, my neighbor does.

You would probably have to contact the office. There are no rentals allowed. There are exceptions for family
