Wow! I didn't know that you could actually have a positive experience at a post office but boy did Donna show me the light! We came in at the very end of the day full of questions and admittedly ill prepared. Even though it was so close to closing time Donna maintained an amazing attitude. She directed customers to multiple lanes to best utilize her time efficiently, she was helpful and answered questions, she smiled, she joked, and most importantly she cared! I've had so many, and I mean SO many terrible experiences at post offices with cranky attendants who don't care, and who frankly don't want you there and this could not have been more the opposite. I was blown away. The world needs more Donnas!! Thank you for your help mail my wife's passport renewal 'as fast as humanly possible' and I hope good things come your way!

Complain away - you won't change my mind. I enjoy coming here, even if busy, as the clerks at the counter are always helpful and know what they are doing. People want to write about the negative because they can, but here, and in general, I have been so happy with service with the post office. This branch is great, and so are others I have visited. When registered mail went astray, they followed up with amazing service. Dollar per dollar, things are going up, but they still deliver great service. Our postal carriers are friendly and thoughtful, and I, for one, am a great fan of the USPS!

My mail carrier is the laziest most incompetent mailman I ever had. He broke my mailbox right of its post, because he stops on an angle and yanks the lid open. He tosses packages up the walkway, because he's too lazy to walk up it.(There are no steps). He frequently delivers mail ten doors down. To prevent this from happening, I wrote the house number in black on the inside of the lid, with one number in red. He still does it. I reported these instances along with pictures, and nothing was done about it. I detest this post office. Do not go to the Mount McCoy post office, go to the one on Galena.

Horrible customer service. The mail is miss-delivered at least two times a week. I don't think the delivery guy can read. I called to bring this to the attention of the delivery manager. She was nice on the phone, but didn't call back as promised. Privatize the post office, kick them off the government I ordered a shirt, the company sent an email that it was delivered on 10/26/2020. No such delivery, talked to two postal carriers on my street, no help at all. These carriers steal from residents to do their holiday shopping. Fire them all and shut the USPS down. Just wait until all the mail-in ballots disappear too.
