I am so happy with our choice of moving to Indian Oaks Apartments. The apartment is well kept, and has the newest appliances. The community is quiet with areas to take the kids to the play and a huge pool with two grills for the community to use.

My family and I moved here from out of State. We love the amenities and enjoy the park, gym, and pool nearly every day. The maintenance is very efficient and Leann in the office has bent over backwards for us during the move in process and making the transition a lot easier.

There are 2 grey BMWs, a white Jeep, and a KIA Soul constantly parking overnight by the fire lane blocking the traffic. Its happened for months now. I have to make 2-3 attempts everyday in order to park my car correctly. I am tired of it. The management team really need to do something to stop this. Shake my head!

Very friendly staff. Maintenance issues get fixed quickly. Grounds are always clean. Cute little dog park. Kids playing outside. Nice homely community. Some of the uncovered parking spots are super small. I wish they'd buy that lot behind the maintenance shack and put more parking or an activity center. But overall, this complex is top notch.
