I've lived here for a while, and recently fell on hard times with the pandemic. These folks received help from the federal government on my behalf, and still served me with eviction papers. Which is clearly against the agreement. The repairs are never on time, and the rent is extremely high, especially when we can't BBQ anymore or get new appliances when our break. Don't move here. It's costly.

Hidden Valley is the best apartment community in Simi Valley. Featuring contemporary floorplans, two pools, a gym, and pet-friendly. It is right across the street from the recreation center and also has convenient bike path access. The staff and neighbors are very friendly, too.

I have been living in Hidden valley apartments since 2013 and must say I love these Apartments. I would like to say special thanks to Margarita,Petra,Reggie and the entire staff at the Hidden Valley Apartments they are awesome. We really love Margarita 🌹 The staff has always been helpful and has never been too busy to take my phone calls and work with me whenever I had some issues or problems in the apartment that needed to be fixed or replaced. They always take my work orders seriously and send help immediately. Reggie was fantastic in helping replacing my old and dirty carpets and other things that needed to be done.. new garbage disposal, new thermostat and brand new washing machine. We thank you so so much for making our home so comfortable especially in these critical times of pandemic when we stay at home a lot.My wife and I are very happy here and we would recommend to live in these apartments to anyone.

Have been living in this apartment homes for about 3 years now, always have appreciated the amazing customer service we have received by leasing office staff, always addressing our concerns and questions with a smile. Especially Chanel and Margareta. The amenities are kept clean always . The maintenance team is always on time to fix any issues and always respect-full when entertaining our home. We did not have to wait for the work order to be completed. Thank you !!
