Michelle's Messed Up Mind

This is the worst post office. Understaffed by that I mean 1 person at the counter and lines out the door . I had about 20 packages to be scanned so I went around back. The angry woman in back was busy throwing packages, and refused to scan ours . She was super rude and disrespectful and said she wouldn't . The guy that used to work there would scan them for us . I never used to ask until things were not getting delivered. Don't take mail to these people unless you want it to get lost

I drop at least 30-40 packages every week at USPS, the lady at the very side will be very rude. She’ll greet u but make u return it twice after waiting an hour .Last time, I asked for a box she didn’t give me one, she look at me weirdly & let me know to order online. However, when other customer asks for a box she him gave two. Please treat everyone fairly. The 5 packages she said not scanning was accepted by other usps branch. How is that possible? The code is very clear, the name is very clear she could have type it but she don’t care if u fall in line for one hr she don’t offer resolution. Normally other staff are amazing & nice even the supervisor except the lady.

Haven't gotten mail in 3 weeks. Mailman decided on his own to stop delivering my mail because 1 INDIVIDUAL moved so all of us get no mail. Went to post office was told they don't have it it's at forward center. For 3 weeks. Come on what a hoke this office is. WHERES MY MAIL!!!!!

This post office is always so polite and patient. I always ship my care packages to my soldier their; which requires them to type in everything on the customs forms(and there's a lot). They never complain even when I appologize they say," it's not a problem". They have even saved me money by suggesting other boxes or ways to pack. They recently saved me $25 by giving me a box that you can only order online. Great service.
