Hello. I do not think rent is based on income. I am paying $800 per month and it does not include anything other then space rental. I am not sure if there is rent control but I have not had any changes since I've been here and I've been here over 3 years. The old lady I bought from was paying around $350 because she lived here for many many years which tells me there are not many increases. Another thing is utilities are not expensive. I pay about $25-30 electric, gas depends on usage but about 15 to 20 in non winter months. Trash and sewage is expensive I think I think 30 each. Hope this helps
