I recently had a 10/10 experience with this location. My family were on a road trip when my windshield shattered causing me to have to rent a car. The staff - Chad, Courtney, and Frank, were all extremely professional. But more than that, they were courteous, kind, and hospitable. As someone who works in the Hospitality industry, I was incredibly impressed with the service this location provided. The human element is so often lost these days, but not with this team. They were fantastic, and it further reinforces my loyalty to Enterprise. Thanks guys!

I been renting from this location and was treated like a dog by the store manager Chad an the assistant manager shanell they even take me out of a rental without letting me know a head leaving my child not going to school an I can't attend work I spend almost 6000.00 with this company an they car always not clean the right way am because I talk my mine they block me now leaving me thinking if this is something bigger I'm black
