CAUTION WHEN buying any gaming PC from there. I spent $1,500 on an iBuyPower gaming monitor. 14 days later right when the return policy ended the monitor shutdown would not turn back on couldn't get it to work so I went to the redding wanted my money back they would only do an exchange and the exact same thing happen again. I contacted iBuyPower they told me I had to ship it to them. I did the steps that they wanted for it to be shipped to them when it was returned ibuypower included a little fan did not return the power cord with it and it still doesn't work.... now I'm out $1,500 cuz the Best Buy or iBuyPower won't refund my money

A little overwhelming but not intimidating. The only frustration (and therefore lacking one star) is the lack of staff...or rather the high demand the staff always seems to be in. Knowledgeable employees at this kind of store are, in my opinion, just as valuable as the merchandise itself. And getting their attention often, for me at least, is the deciding factor in my purchase and my return. It would be perfect if when you entered the store you could elect to be automatically assigned an employee that would be with you from start to checkout. It might be a little needy on my part but I'd rather leave confident in my purchase than somewhat bewildered and wondering if I made the best choice for what my needs are. The customer service here is awesome once you get it. Its just the getting it that sometimes is a little difficult.

I am 81 years old but if i could go back in time 50 years i would date tanner from the electronics section. what a kind, helpful, blonde man he was with great arms. and if he was my husband he could help me with my electronic problems all day for free. at best buy i have to pay money but it is worth it so i can spend more time with tasty tanner. thanks folks! -Tilda H.

Best Buy carries alot of things. You can always check out their Web Site for lots of things not in the store. Their on line Web Site carries New and returned Items at a low low price. Good Luck !

These questions go to the public to answer.. I have made a few calls to Best Buy durning their busiest time of the year and I've never had an issue. The wait time is slighty longer but less than 2 min. They also don't open till 10AM today. That might be part of your issue.
Many of the new flat screen TV have built in Roku type receivers. If not you can buy a Roku which I think are the best of what is out there
Onsite they will have a lot less than an online store. And will be at retail markup. On the plus side they can install various updates with geek squad team, and even drive to your location in geek squad van.
You should check their website. If nothing shows on there, then they probably don't sell them.
You appear to know what specs you want. Which are available by most any of the manufacurers of IBM clones. (P.C.). As to wbich is best... I have been told by many of the magazines that the HP. Is a rock solid performer for reliability. Tho not the fastest. Azus is a premium manufactuer of fast performers. And great reliability. Dell is good too. The list goes on down from there. In the past AMD has been a bit iffy. As they are a budget minded. They keep up by overclocking. Which tends to generate heat. As i said tho. That was how it was some years ago. Not up on what the computer world is doing to date. Hope i have been able to help to bring you some insight. Good luck.
Only select Best Buy Stores have Geek Squad® Agents who are certified in servicing and repairing Apple devices. Unfortunately, the Chico store is not one of them. The closest Best Buy that does offer IPhone upgrades/repairs is Located at 1901 Arden Way in Sacramento, Ca.
Please google Corsair - Best Buy. There you will find all you are looking for.

You know thats a excellant idea. The problem is best gave me a in store credit of$90 bucks. So now im out that money.since best can't seem to carry better ones. I would be happy to spend additional money for a better quality product.
