It's so hard to get anyone on the phone it's really stressful.

These questions go to the public to answer.. I have made a few calls to Best Buy durning their busiest time of the year and I've never had an issue. The wait time is slighty longer but less than 2 min. They also don't open till 10AM today. That might be part of your issue.

I have called them several times in the last 2 weeks a little wait time but I was helped each time.
