AWFUL!!!! They will never call you back within the 24 hour period they say they would. I don't know when or even if they would call you back. A lot of these free legal programs in this area are very poor and need to be replaced with people that care and who will actually do their job. They need to be reported, investigated, and removed. DISGRACEFUL!!!!

I left my name and number as directed and understood that someone would contact me to make referrals after hearing an outline of my legal matter. After a week of no response, I think one would better spend their time calling around various law firms rather than wait on these people.

They made several referrals but none of them followed through with my request for help with my legal matter! Very unprofessional organization and also does not return phone calls nor does it help you with any legal issues ! I don't know how the legal system works in the state of New York but from my experience they don't! They must pick and choose which cases they want to handle based on the least amount of effort on their part with the most amount of money they can line their pockets with!!! Don't waste your time with the Erie county bar or it's lawyer referrals! You would be better off representing yourself at least you would get something accomplished!!!!
