I believe around 10 minutes befor shkiah.
Yes, they were in a tent for a while, renovated and moved back in to the shul this week!
There is a netz Minyan, an 8:15 minyan, usually a 9 o'clock minyan also now, a 9:30 minyan, and now in the summer there is often a 10:15 minyan also (Sometimes it is at 10:30), & sometimes on Sunday there will also be a 1030 minyan, or later depending on time of year & circumstances.
The latest Shachris depends on the day. Often now there is a shachris minyan that starts at around 10:15/30. I believe Mincha & Maariv is generally scheduled for 10 minutes before Shkiah.
It is open, now sure about the hours, it definitely open until late in the day
Neitz Minyan, 8:15, 930, 1030, Mincha this week Feb 4 2021 is 540 ish and 640ish.
Weekly Mincha is always 10 Minutes before Skia and Maariv is after a 15 Minutes Shiur/Break
