Jason G of Absolute Custom Cycles is an awesome bike builder. I passed several bike shops my way to him and I waited 3 mos to get my bike to him, both were well worth the effort. Not just for the bike work but more importantly his customer service. After keeping his word about getting to my bike he waited over an hour for me after closing on drop-off and pick-up, even though he had plans with his wife, who was calling btw, on a Friday evening. He helped me unload, load and corrected my bike strapping technique while at his shop. He replaced the tires on my trailer while allowing me to leave it at the shop for a week. I really appreciated the suggestions and ideas about what to do and not to do to my bike. I changed up things mid- stream and he was very responsive to my questions and concerns.
