I moved from MA to SC and this was the easiest and most affordable solution. Everyone was extremely competent and everything went according to schedule. I highly recommend you book as soon as you know your dates just to secure the date for your move. I put an airtag in my POD to track it just in case and it made it to SC in 4 days which was quicker than they initially said! It was ready to go by the time I needed it and everything arrived in perfect condition. There are hooks for bungee cords so invest in those to secure larger furniture items. I also got the POD delivered, packed, shipped, redelivered, and taken away all within a 10 day period. No problems! I highly recommend PODS.

This was the simplest and most affordable way to move across the country. Not one item got damaged or lost. I was able to reach a live person each time I called and the drivers called with delivery times. I highly recommend

Estimate, delivery, initial pickup and drop-off went well. Decent value and scheduling. Issue arose at final pickup. Pods does not prorate and due to their inability to pickup (scheduling ~7 days prior) within a week timeframe I had to pay an entire month for two empty Pods that were picked-up.

I would recommend against EVER hiring pods. I have worked with them twice and both were incredibly horrible experiences. Drivers were hours late or cancelled last minute leaving us to scramblr to replan our movers. They are way over priced and double charged us for city services then refused to remove one of the charges. Their customer service is abysmal and it is impossible to reach someone when you have an issue. They pass you off to someone else. Zero stars. I would rather spend more on another company than give my money to pods. They treated us very poorly.
