Had an appointment scheduled, drove to the QUEST where the bloodwork was to take place, arrived on time to find that it was closed due to lack of A.C. Then drove to another Quest that was recommended by a flyer on the closed QUEST door only to find they too closed early! Not F'n happy at all🤨

Needed a Covid test to see my doctor. They couldn't find the request, then didn't know what kind of test to do, nobody seemed to know how to actually use a computer, and now over 48 hours later still no test results. The website never works right, nor does the app. When you try to call, you get a message that the voice mailbox isn't set up. One nurse was great, but the other was rude and unprofessional.

Bad experience. Was quoted $110 over the phone for a very simple blood test but when I arrived, they said it would be $280. The lab tech who told us that price was quite evasive and passive aggressive. It seemed if she couldn’t walk away fast enough! Definitely will not return.
