Thomas and the other employees that helped me were kind and patient. I really appreciate the extra care they took as I hadn't driven one of these vans in a while. It took less than 10 minutes to get in, get set up, and be on my way. The inside of the van was very clean as well and the A/C was excellent, even on a humid 95 degree day. Thanks for making this part of my day easy and frictionless!

They installed the wrong hitch it's on going a month and a half now still not repaired...missing all my trips and now 8m losing money I'm not at all happy about this...

Rescheduled my hitch installation three times and then didn’t show. Took an hour on hold to get a refund.

Deal on your own risk!! I cant believe they made this basic installation mistake!!!! Checkout pictures. They installed hitch in opposite direction which cost the car thousands of dollar to fix. Also broke some of car parts. Do not trust their professionals. They dont have right people. Management is even worst than this. They did not refund a single penny and they dont answering email or call..

I don't believe they provide straps for moving but they might sell them at the location. They sell an array of things movers need so I would call and ask, though I know it takes a while to get someone
It's cheaper to drop off near South Hadley. If you're going more than 30 miles, it's cheaper to do a one-way.

They do...cheap one for 19, one for 40, and a big one for 60. The return policy im not aware of, i would ask the store clerks. I hope thia helps
