This complex is a nice, convenient commute into Boston. The townhome we rented was spacious, and seemed reasonably priced when we moved in. However, between the neighborhood noise (thin walls so neighbors can be easily heard, screaming children throughout the neighborhood), the old, outdated bathrooms in the townhome we rented, and the fact that we were charged high fees for needing to end our lease early, and charged additional surprise fees to reglaze the old bath tubs after we moved out, our experience overall was not positive. Would not recommend.

I currently live here with my boyfriend and our dog and it has been the absolute worst experience of my life. On top of the absurd amount of money we pay for rent for a 1 bedroom apartment, we keep getting a $300 water fee posted on our rent. Maintenance came twice but they are impossible to work with and gave me no information at all. I requested a phone call at least 6 times because their phone system is impossible and I had to go through a text system. After a couple of months, a very kind woman from management contacted me and has been working to get it resolved. Yet it still posted to rent this month when I was told the charge should be going away with credits. My boyfriend purchased a new car two nights ago and they towed it in the middle of the night leaving us both not able to get to work with no pay and somehow need to still make enough money to pay over $2,000/month for a one bedroom apartment along with all utilities and stupid extra charges for parking and owning a dog. I highly do not recommend this complex for anybody. Save your sanity and look elsewhere.

Me and my family are experiencing one of the worst service here. There is a lot of trash and noise around the neighborhood, cars driving too fast close to the kids and other things. But the worst thing is that we are waiting for almost 30 days (request opened 06/28) for a dish wash replacement!! This is unacceptable for a complex like this! If you are planing to move in be aware and considerer the comments here.!

From what I can tell, you’re getting a mediocre apartment for $$$$. We went for a tour and didn’t even stay an hour. Your tour is with a virtual agent, so keep that in mind. I was lucky to get a very NICE agent to help me virtually. You get a map but you have to find buildings by yourself and they limit you to one hour max. After that you need to leave the property and they make you sign a waiver to signify that. Buildings ALL smelled weird, space looked cramped, and I could hear loud conversations and arguments from the hallway. The apartment is small for the price you’re paying. In a two bedroom, you get two small counter spaces in the kitchen and that’s all you get. The apartment wasn’t filthy but the corridors felt nasty. I did not get the feeling of home at all from here. I advise that if you’re looking for place that feels safe and homey, look elsewhere. There’s also a $400 amenity fee for gym and pool. As if the rent isn’t enough. And they’re “dog friendly” but discriminate against certain breeds. Hopefully this review saves you some time and gas money from booking a tour here.

Depends on what the appointment is for - it may be a key deposit. A credit/debit card should work, but if you have checks bring one, just in case.
