Mary Velazquez is an absolute pleasure to work with, she helped my mother with a mold remediation and always answered questions with a pleasant tone, we never felt like we were bothering her, she was polite and took her time in explaining the process. The people that came were great too. All in all if you have a water damage or need a mold remediation Mary is the one you need to call she makes the process feel effortlessly and her exceptional customer service is second to none. Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
