I have been coming to Clark's for years. I absolutely love this shop. They know their subarus and they do great work. Shon is always wonderful to work with. He's so kind and patient every time I talk to him, and clearly genuinely cares about his job. They are a full service mechanic, so don't expect to get in and out in an hour. It isn't Jiffy Lube (thankfully). But it is well worth the wait to know your car is going to be taken care of.

Gonna start off and say I have enjoyed bringing my car to clarks, I feel like I can trust the integrity of their work. I bought a Subaru Forester XT from them about a year and half ago with about 80k on it and the car worked great for about 8 months until the car started having issues starting I took it in a few times and no issues were to be found. After a few more months experiencing these issues I brought it back and was told the battery needed to be replaced, after the battery was replaced more issued popped up my AT oil temp light started flashing along with every other light on my dashboard, brought it back then replaced the starter which fixed the starting issue but all my dashboard lights remained on, so took it back again and they changed the transmission fluid which also didn’t fix the problem of the dashboard lights remaining on. Finally they recommended to take it into the dealership to get the CVT transmission pump tested and found out the transmission solenoid, torque converter and cvt valve need to be replaced. Not to mention the dealership has also brought to my attention all the bushings on the car are cracked and need to be replaced… I understand cars experience wear and tear but I cant pretend it doesnt hurt that i have only owned this car for 16 months and has needed over $5000 in repairs. I am leaving 4 stars because the guys at clarkes have been helpful to me in diagnosing these issues and have waived some charges here and there. Yet after my experience with the car i brought from them i do not think i will be buying another used car again.

They were able to squeeze me in the next day with appointments being a week out. Fixed my Subaru that day and was returned in the morning. They made it a stress free trip to the mechanic.

Amazing help! Had to take our Subaru Crosstrek in for an emergency repair while on our long road trip. Kyle and the rest of the staff were accommodating and transparent, as well as just incredibly kind. Would recommend 100%
