Wonderful location and history. I enjoyed my 4 night stay and would recommend for others to visit. I suggested they review the fluctuation in the water temperature in the shower and the musty smells. Overall, a very nice place to stay and when I am back in Santa Rosa, I will stay again.

Beautiful old hotel, close to many restaurants, shops and bars. Our room was super clean, though a bit noisy due to the fact that there was a concert nearby with loud music until a little after midnight. We had our door open though for cool air so that was probably our fault. We would highly recommend staying in this historic hotel.

We recently stayed at this hotel for two nights. Check-in was excellent and all the staff we dealt with were helpful and friendly. It is an excellent location with great nearby restaurants, including its own Grossman's restaurant. Parking was convenient and they let us keep our bikes in the room. The bed was very comfortable, and after we figured out the heating/air-conditioning, the room was delightful.

This hotel was pretty nice with great hospitable service and a good location in Santa Rosa. We had a few issues with the plumbing, the toilet ran and the shower head was fixed and water temperature kept fluctuating. Parking was plentiful. Only other complaint is that the room was extremely hot even with the air conditioning on.

There is. His name is OTIS and it is a quirky historical elevator that requires patience and is very photogenic...
No. But it sounds like a good story
Check in is 3pm, we were early and they held our bags but couldn't check us in early. Depends on how busy they are.
We stayed there in mar h of 2019, in the old building . Never experienced anything odd at all
Only the staypuff marshmallow man remains.....
Old building. First through third floors. People claim the fourth floor has ghosts too, but that was created in the 1980s remodel, and noone has died in the building since then.
