This was our final night of the 12 night vacation. We stayed in many hotels including 3 different Hyatt hotels, which were by far the best hotels we stayed in. At this one the front desk staff was super friendly and provided us with complimentary waters. Being a Sunday night with a lot of availability, she gave us a free upgrade to a larger room with a living room area. Until 10pm we were able to sit around a large fire pit in the courtyard sipping drinks from the bar. They also had a decent looking pool. Coffee available from the restaurant. They did charge for self parking in their lot. But otherwise a great place to stay!

Very cold welcome from the front desk. Got an okay room upgrade although the whole floor smelled like weed. The evening wine "tasting" was nice though it wasn't much of a tasting and more just a random red & white. It was not obvious the tasting was going on or what was offered - a sign would be nice. Room service started trying to get into our room at 9:30am on checkout day. They came back multiple times before checkout time - wait for me to checkout or at least standard checkout time. Lastly breakfast was okay and really hectic.

Fantastic experience. The front desk team did a wonderful job with the check in/check out process and always willing to help. Room was clean. large and comfortable. We loved the location but the freeway was a little loud when outside by the pool. Food service is a little lacking on site but the quick bite by the lobby bar were pretty good and ton of local places to eat within easy walk from the hotel. My only big issue would be the out dated key system. Keys wouldn't work in a lot of the outside doors and the gate on the back of the property wasn't secure and nor was the fence that lead out to the public trail. Overall really a nice property at a reasonable rate. Defiantly will stay there again.

Positive: The facility, that is the actual hotel, was quite nice. The location is great. The bartender and valets were very nice. Negative: The buffet did not meet expectation for a Hyatt - the eggs were the worst. Hotel employee was polite to others, but rude to my family. Same for the gentlemen providing wine samples. I don't work at the hotel my husband and I've just been patrons and we like the property very very much but the renovations are little disruptive in that the restaurant the last time we were there was not open.
You will have to call the hotel for that
I stayed there in December of last year before they renovated so im not sure if it's still applicable, but our room came with both a coffee pot and mini fridge.
4pm is the official check in time, but they were able to accommodate us when we got there at 3pm
