Great staff. Have always loved Red Robin and this location goes above and beyond. Our server was kind, got us refills, checked in on us, and went above and beyond to make our dinner amazing. Great atmosphere and staff members that really care about their customers. Food was also DELICIOUS!

Picked up to go tonight all my food was cold, only 10 minute drive and used hot bag and seat heat on as well as car heater. Burger dry and hardly any toppings. Garlic fries greesy, limp, looked old, hardly any garlic and no salt at all a tiny pinch of cheese in one spot. Got guacamole bacon burger. Go to Carls Jr! 100% better!

I placed an online pick up, with a 45 minute leeway. It was three meals. My husband arrived to pick it up at the scheduled time. He then sat in the lobby for an hour for our food. All the manager could say was "we are practicing kindness today". What does this have to do with efficiency, customer service and management of a restaurant? The food was meh.... Two stars because I am practicing kindness today.

I used to visit Red Robin often. But it has been at least a year and a half since I visited. I've been to the Monroe location once before, so this was my second visit. The entrance to the restaurant is outside of the parking lot by the street. I facing the Fred Meyers I believe. My favorite part about walking towards the hostess desk was the large statue of liberty! I thought it set a great vibe as soon as you walk in! A friend invited me to go hiking at Wallace Falls and we stopped in for dinner. It wasn't too busy and there wasn't a wait to be seated. We met our waitress and ordered. I can't say the experience with our waitress was bad or good. It was just. I ordered a basket of fries and bottomless salad. That was plenty of food for me. I love the fries with the campfire sauce! Although I asked for one more salad, I didn't get it. She asked if i wanted a salad in a to-go box. But I said no. I wish I would've said yes, because that same evening, after dinner, I visited my teenage daughter at work and could've given her the salad. I will probably visit the Monroe, WA Red Robin again.
