Overall very nice stay. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Nice convenient location. Only suggestion is to avoid a room overlooking the bar/open lobby. There was a very loud party happening in the bar and even though our room was on a higher floor, the laughing/screaming echoes up the open foyer. Not the fault of the hotel, and I’m happy those guests were able to enjoy themselves, but had a long, early drive in the morning and they made it difficult to sleep.

Positive: Friendly, efficient staff. We lost a silver ring in the room. The maintenance manager notified anyone likely to be cleaning the room to be on the lookout and reported back to us within 24 hours. They didn¿t find the ring, but the response was excellent Negative: Weak, slow wi-fi and tedious sign in process.

Good location, great hotel. The surrounding area is nice there's a creek that runs along the back side, and a little lakeside Park that is private to the office complex at the rear.

The staff was amazing and so helpful. I had an emergency on our first morning and they couldn't have been more helpful! Clean rooms, great service, nice indoor pool. I highly recommend the Hilton Garden and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
