Extremely understaffed and need to work faster with individuals. Waited an hour to make a withdrawal and some questions. Other branches weren't available for teller transactions so I was forced to come here. I showed up 5-10 minutes before closing and they turned me away. This was after showing up to another branch that I had called to confirm it was open. The automated phone system said it was open but it wasn’t. Every time I come in here lately, I leave feeling underserved and demeaned. This time I brought in two state payroll checks and told the teller that I wanted to deposit them into my checking account and pay the balance off of my Wells Fargo credit card. After every thing was completed, she told me that the full amount of the funds would not be available until tomorrow. I could make a partial payment toward my credit card. I pointed out that they were paychecks from the state of California. It was notes in my account, she said... I told her I would be back tomorrow to close my account. I'm so happy with Redwood Credit Union, and I actually went there first, and deposited 10 other State of California checks that they made available immediately. They treat you like a human being, not just another cog in their machine. I am done with Wells Fargo.
