Horrible place. They served us moldy eggs... yes moldy! When asked they said thier eggs are "kinda" fresh!!! They leave them in the refrigerator for several days said the manager.They were not willing to refund, and said we can come get a new one...NO THANKS! The other food didn't taste right and we all felt sick!

Staff are unbelievably incompetent. Bagels are thoroughly mediocre (overly dense, underproofed), and if anything a bit overpriced. Do not waste your money on a sandwich, the produce is old and wilted and the portion sizes are small.

This is one of the best bagel sandwich shops I’ve ordered at. They usually have a wide selection of bagel options and many predefined options for sandwich combinations. The jalapeño cheese bagel is by far my favorite. You should eat here at least once before leaving Santa Rosa. I’ll say parking can be a pain since it is downtown.
