Positive: Overall size and design of room Negative: Filthy urine stain sheets even when they tried to replace them with new ones same problem. Tub wouldn't drain for like half an hour. Tub spicket hung out from the wall. The manager assured us of a reduced rate because of the problems but nothing.

I've been here a few times over the year and they're reasonable with solid pricing. Everything is clean but some of it has run down over the years. The whole parking lot could due with a repaving and the room itself smelled a bit off. (Luckily I brought an air filter which worked like a charm.) With its location near the middle of Ithaca I'll still come again, but it could do with a few improvements.

Positive: The staff were accommodating and helpful The breakfast was decent This hotel is a bit older but welcoming Negative: The lobby,room and breakfast coffee was decent but they did not have any real cream for coffee! They only had "creamers" with chemicals and flavors. The hotel should really splurge on some true half and half for coffee drinkers.

Clean, Nice staff and breakfast was good. My husband was surprised for our date night. I got the room on snap travel at a great price. I went early and decorated it a little bit just to see and make him smile and it worked🥰We had a great night.
