The guy who runs this location is the absolute worst. I bought a small box there to ship out my item and he refused to give me one piece of tape to close the box. He told me to buy a roll of tape, which is obviously going to be overpriced so I went back home to tape it. Another time I wanted to print a label I had on a USB stick and he refused to let me use the printer because “he doesn’t like it when USBs get plugged into the printer.” Even though every other UPS store has the printers already turned on and ready for use. He said I can email it to him and he’ll print it for $2. I don’t know who put him in charge but he needs to go.

I have a small business selling products and I bring prepackaged items here almost every day! This store is awesome, sometimes they get busy and customers become impatient and rude but they still do a great job and all the staff is very nice I have interacted with all of them.

First time visiting. Walking distance from solana beach which is awesome! Went on a Thursday late morning. Store had few customers and I waited about 5mins to had my questions answered. Parking was a bit difficult so I had to park few meters away from the store. All I needed was a white paper label for my package which they didn’t have. Surprising since every postal service should a since label. Anyway, overall clean store and ok customer service.
