The UPS Store does pack and ship. It is more expensive but they also insure the package was packaged correctly
Yes they will pack your items for you, for a fee. They also sell items for you to buy to do it yourself. I prefer to buy the materials as it is more practical because you can take home whatever materials remain to use on another parcel. With that said, I have noticed that they charge a little more than other stores. However the UPS store provides the convenience of having everything you'll need.
