Terrible business office and administrators. Uncommunicative and dishonest. They made a mistake with health insurance and never got a preauthorization and refused to address it, so my father did not get the coverage he was entitled to. The head administrator promised to hold a meeting with me, the health insurance rep, and the QIO to figure it out but he ignored my pleas because they were content to drain my father's bank account and cover their fees as part of the Medicaid process. DO NOT LET THEM BE YOUR MEDICAID REPRESENTATIVES. HIRE A LAWYER INSTEAD and protect yourself. Good nursing/social work staff.

My wife, Ginny, has been confined to a wheelchair for a number of years. While she isn't able to walk, she has been able to learn to transfer to and from her wheelchair to her recliner and bed and bathroom. This has allowed her to stay very independent. She had an emergency surgery at Morristown Memorial and while recovering, she received very little physical therapy and completely lost her independence. Ten days of appropriate physical therapy at Country Arch has restored her to that same level of independence that she lost in the hospital. James and Blake and the entire PT staff were wonderful. She quickly got back the strength and ability necessary to allow her to do transfers on her own. We are now continuing the PT at home. All of the staff, Buddy and the other RN's and Al and the other aides were instrumental in her healing and we wish we could give all six stars instead of five.

Thank you to all of the staff at Country Arch for caring for my friend’s aunt during her rehab stay. They have an excellent team, all have a compassionate and loving attitude. The rooms were clean thanks to housekeeping.
