Great food, Great staff, Owner is a sweetheart who works much too hard, but is mainly the reason it's such a great place to eat. Fun to sit on weekends and watch the fly boys with their WW1 and WW2 toys flying in and out.

Yes! It is BYOB. We bought our own wine and they provided the opener and glasses.
Correction Yes Behaved dogs are allowed I bring my two dogs and often one or two other good dogs are here like now. The owner Rosella provides doggie water bowls
According to the website, it is BYOB. It does not specify if that is outside only. Yes, there is a large winery down the road.
NO stairs...everything on first floor, although rest rooms are down the hall from the restaurant.
In addition to indoor precautions, picnic type tables are set up outside where the more adventurous (or cautious) can eat their takeout. Only the restrooms are a concern to me. Single occupancy for both M & W with access through a small narrow hallway that often holds others waiting their turn.
