Moats has always been one of my favorite parks to take kids to play at! Lots of fun things for all ages to do! They have a basket ball court baseball field for baseball or kickball! They have a beautiful shelter house with lights and several electrical outlets. The only thing that needs work are the restrooms! They are always dirty and not well kept. That would be a bonus to have a clean rr facility for Littles and everyone to use!

We were driving through town and stopped to have a sandwich. There was shade and the picnic table and restrooms and it was a nice clean place. There were a bunch of kids there and they were having a lot of fun on all the kids

Nice little city park. Age appropriateness depends. There is an area for very young children(< 3 yo) and a larger are that is better for 5-10 yo. The equipment is the new rope/adventure/use your whole body-type which is fine, except it can be very difficult to let some smaller kids play as the equipment just simply isn't appropriate. Basketball ball court (Chris Street Memorial) is nice as well, and the small ball field at the top of the hill is typically well maintained.
