I have been debating posting this since I didn't want to give a semi bad review, but I can't hold back anymore. This was and still is my go-to for my coils, juices and mods. Never had issues exchanging mods when it was necessary or I didn't jive with the mod. Everything was fine and dandy until they hired the heavy set red head girl who is shady. She Was new, didn't know certain THINGS making me look like a cheap skate. 'Then another time she didn't give me the remainder of $$$ owed to me. Even tried selling me a coil out of the package only for me to tell her it was the wrong 1. I know it was on purpose in hopes I walked out only to notice and since it wasn't pkg'd try saying I couldn't return it. Long story short, she is shady. Now the aftermath of the situation has the staff not liking me which before the owner was cool with me. He gets annoyed everytime I come in bc I need help finding a good juice. Always in a rush to get me out the door. When I've REMAINDD a loyal customer. Disheartening to say the least.. Uh
