Don't put all your Amazon returns in one box and wait two weeks to send anything off. Terrible customers service here. At least tell the customer, you're wasting their time, so they know they will wait weeks on end for a refund.

This store has ALWAYS offered great customer service, but this morning one employee went above and beyond to help me. I'd lost my tracking number. The fault was completely mine. When I called in Sherstin (who helped me while I was in the store) took time to help me find my tracking number. Sherstin was nothing but completely gracious and willing to help.
