I've spent lots of money on tires, oil changes, fuel treatments and tune ups for both my cars. Lately I've never felt like I was valued as a customer. Never have time to help me. Usually other tire and service places will do whatever they can to give great customer service. Even stay late for you. This is like going to target for things you can get at wal-mart. It's just the exact same services and higher prices but not better customer service. I wish I hadn't bought a the tire warranty because now I'm stuck going to them. If you're thinking of going to them, check around first. It might fit your needs but only if customer service doesn't matter for you.
