I've been going there a long time to return Amazon items at. I had 3 documents I needed to have notarized. I went in to return an Amazon package and asked if they were a notary and was told yes. I stood there while the owner/manager and an employee managed a bunch of packages already in the store. After waiting a few minutes with no service, the phone rang and the employee answered and handed the phone to owner/manager who started helping the person on the other end. I asked the employee why I was not important to service standing right in front of them. She told me he'd get to me when he gets off the phone. I prefer to go to a business that wants to provide customer service for me right in front of them. So I went to Postal Depot (on El Camino Real) who values me as a customer. Very disappointed! This business is only 3 blocks from my house; instead I drive 1.5 miles to get to a business who cares about me.

Was able to ship with a return envelope even though I did not have a corporate account. Rory assisted me and she was great!

Wow this is the best ups store I have ever been too. They are always super polite and speedy. Daisy is so friendly and helpful when I need to print and mail packages.

The store owner came up with a lame reason that I needed to buy his over priced cardboard box ($23) to ship my stuff. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else.
