Waiting on a Pkg outside my house because UPS Driver said that my address is invalid a supervisor called me and said that the driver will come back today to redeliver and never happened this Local facility is very unethical and unprofessional lying 🤥 to customers making me wait for no reason very dissatisfied and disappointed service hopefully 🙏 one day this happened to them as well so they can feel the pain because it is very painful having to deal with this type of company UPS CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS UNACCEPTABLE

What I believe that happened was that you was sent to the wrong location the location that you need to take you packages to be shipped is the on in hialeah next to the Hialeah police station
Ups is the worth shipping company there is. It is always something with them went is not the driver that doesn’t stop they blame the sender all the times -10

I hardly ever get packages through ups but whenever I do I never have had any problems with them they've always delivered my packages to my house on time when they say that it's going to be delivered or I could have the option of them leaving it at the nearest UPS facility and I go pick it up myself
