My complaint isn't with the technicians--my complaint is that I couldn't confirm arrival time (6 hours AFTER the assigned window) and no one could confirm if the tech had the repair part --since this was a reschedule from two weeks ago when the tech did NOT have the part and therefore could not perform the work, I didn't want to waste MORE of my time. TOTAL lack of communications. And then for the CSR to try and upsell me on home improvements while the tech wasn't able to show up with the part was infuriating.

Just trash. Very unprofessional technician with no people skills. Committed fraud. And expect pay. Figure out how to make it right.

Absolutely worthless service contract! Purchased refrigerator with extended warranty and it died, A MONTH AGO! Contacted A&E for repair & parts MULTIPLE TIMES Service person blew off THREE appointments, the last one today but billed for the service call anyway. No way to talk to a human being, only a computer. Owner wants a new refrigerator and is considering contacting the MD Attorney General's office to sue for breach of contract
