Okay so I’m mostly posting this to see if anyone else has had this problem. I live here and my boyfriend had parked his truck on the back row of the complex and it was stolen a month after he bought it. (This was beginning of July) Fast forward to a week ago, he had bought a new truck. He left it for me to use and today, I went and saw that the door handle was broken off and the ignition was completely ruined because someone had tried to steal it AGAIN. 2 times in 1 month is ridiculous. The only reason the truck was still there is because he had pulled the starter fuse because of the experience we had earlier this month. Unfortunately this complex has no surveillance of the parking areas. It’s been a nightmare. Moving to Draper was solely based on the fact it was a safe community and now I don’t feel that way. Not 100% the complex’s fault, but they should be more cautious about the vehicle theft that continues to go on. If you don’t have a garage your car/truck isn’t safe. I had no problem paying the higher prices of rent for a comfortable place to live, but now I feel I’m grossly overpaying at a place that doesn’t value it’s residents.

We moved from New Jersey to UTAH and chose to live in adagio pq seemed to be an amazing place, the gardens very well maintained and apparently a nice neighbor. We were very excited and eager to move in and emily's work was amazing in helping with all the doubts regarding leasing. When the day finally came the disappointment was immediate. To begin, Our car didn't fit in the garage, We were told we couldn't do anything. They gave us an idea to buy an extra car spot or we'd have to stop at public openings. It turns out that it's not fair, we paid too much to have our own garage, the least they should do is change our spot for one that fit, without us having to pay for an extra. But unfortunately that was the least of the problems. As soon as we entered the apartment, we were able to check the entire kitchen cupboard peeled and the wood stewed.. And the problems were not just esteticos, they had functionality problem too... Despite this big problem, the worst was still the carpet, which was dirty, and very, very old, I could not even look that was disgusting. There were also some parts of the carpet damage.. Other small problems like holes in the wall, completely dirty air outings, and loose bathroom faucet Connection. The refrigerator did not close well because the sealing rubber was loose. The stove had the color peeled in some parts. We took pictures and video of everything and immediately activated Office. Very kind Emily offered us the money back. But that didn't make sense, we had nowhere to go, we had already borne the cost of change and had all the work, we had no way to go anywhere else so fast. She triggered the maintenance and when the maintenance boy came, he just said he could only do something with the closet if it was falling. The carpet he said would only change if the use was inviable. The holes in the wall he responded by saying who would make a note nd that when we leave we would not need to pay for them, that we can live with them. He shaved some paint from the kitchen closet and passed pasta in some places, but the frames continue with the hideous paint. I pay a rent amount on average, $1,790 for 3 bedrooms. it is unfair that I pay this amount and do not have my apartment in good condition. I intended to live here for many years, but after this disappointment, I intend to change as soon as i finish the contract. I'm really very disappointed with this place.

I just saw a tiktok on how this place treats its first responders. Throwing them out on the street because they were in the hospital and couldn’t pay rent for a few weeks. Yikes!!
