I had two laptops that needed to be repaired under warranty/recall that I relied on for work. As parts were on backorder, they logged a service ticket for me and let me take the laptops home, texting me regularly with updates until the parts came in. Once the parts arrived, I was able to take my system in that morning and get it repaired the same day to be picked up a few hours later. Very fast, great at communicating - did a great job.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had period. I took my apple airpod pros in to be fixed due to a static sound that others could hear while talking to them. They failed the sound test and I was told they'd be replaced with new ones as they were still under warrantee... The "new" ones I was given were worse with the right pod going in and out constantly of noise cancellation mode... I've been in and out over 6 times trying to get a resolution to these "new" airpods I was given without any thing ever being done to fix or replace them. I keep getting "it's Apple's fault"... They don't seem to mind flashing apples name around to get your business but then put it on apple when things go wrong. I took my airpods in on April 10th, it's now July 9th and I was just told they sent them back to me in the mail without communicating anything to me. Yet another wasted trip and a worthless apple repair job. If you have issues with any of your apple devices do yourself a favor and go straight to apple and definitely not these guys. Lesson learned.

Saw tons of good reviews and decided to give them a chance. Service was exactly as others have described. They sent me home with my laptop in between wait for parts so that I could still use my machine. They were very communicative in between it all. Repairs were quick and took about a day once the part came in. Will definitely be back
