I'm not sure Why or how this place is still operating Staff is unprofessional and rude. They can't keep track of basic patient records. It was a major hassle to get basic blood work done. ALL WAYS lag on basic lab results. Techs are nice but not expirenced She bruised up my arm simple blood draw STAY AWAY If possible

Do not, I repeat Do Not go here at all. Horrible bedside manner, they do not care about patients at all. I came in on a Wednesday and they told me my lab results would be in the next day. I call on Thursday and my "provider" isn't there, NO ONE else can give me results, and they say on the phone if you are in too much pain just go to the ER. I call back Friday they inform me I have an infection but they still don't have all the results so just go to the ER.completwly useless doctor

Terrible service. Avoid at all costs. Doctor Brian Jensen is very difficult to contact. I sent my medical records before hand so they'd be prepared but they didn't have them. They called me back before I was done completing their in house packet and nobody even looked at or collected it. Front office is inexperienced and rude. The offices were scummy. Came to this place in need and at every step this office has made it seem like I was an inconvenience rather than providing simple care. I would give 0 stars if possible.
