I love this Dr office DR Vikram Kapur is amazing, But my review is for Sabrina Ramirez NP She is wonderful she has always been so nice and caring, Her and DR Kapur have been the only ones who have ever treated me like a real human other offices would not believe MRIs and other imaging and say that i was to young to have the issues that i do, But they both have been the first to tell me how bad it truly is I can't Thank them enough for everything they have done for me with out thinking hand's down best people in the office. Now some of there office staff for the front desk, Have been really difficult they do not really show they care and put you on hold most the time But than you have the ones that care and Work with you and treat you with respect and do everything they can to answer your question's & will even go the extra mile. I truly do love this office & Would recommend them to just about anyone But i Would honestly have to say that you would want to be seen by them as they are so far the only ones who i have had great experiences with DR Kapur & Sabrina if you are seeing this you both are HANDS DOWN The best DR & NP there.

This office became my preferred location after some health issues needed attention asap. The doctors are great and very friendly however the office staff have the absolute worse customer service ever. Do not answer phones. when they do answer you have 2 seconds to speak otherwise you're getting hung up on. I will be switching my pcp as during the time writing this review I was hung up on after a 20-minute hold. I was just trying ton payu a bill.. again...
