bad experience. better communication to clients would help avoid multiple issues. 1. first issue was that i was billed to get contacts only and wasnt aware. i had to go back and ask them to talk to my insurance to get billed for frames instead. 2. i ordered transition lenses which did not provide enough sunblock on my eyes, they barely went to a tint which looked ugly and from my view it was still really bright. so i requested to return the transition lenses for a new pair of frames. by this time the manager was getting very annoyed and frustrated with me and gave me a hard time for the exchange. when i FINALLY got the new pair of frames, my prescription was too strong! so it left me feeling dizzy everytime i wore them. i called back to schedule an appointment with the dr for a 2nd review on the prescription and the manager jumped on the phone and started to go over all of the issues that i had and didnt really want to give me another appointment but he did and started being rude. so i finally gave up and told him i would go somewhere else. now i have to pay out of pocket to go to another location just to start all over again. i still dont have new glasses! after 3 months. horrible!!

10/10 would recommend. It was so hard to find a place that would take my daughter with how young she is but we finally found Estrella Mountain eye care! They were so accommodating and nice. What a relief this experience was. We will for sure be coming back here. So nice to find people who love their job and take care of their patients from the time you walk into the time you leave.

Had an awesome experience thanks to Dr. Cameron Loe and his team. The vision in my right eye is pretty horrible on it's own and regular contacts (soft lens) or glasses can't correct it, so he recommended scleral lenses (a hard contact lens). I've tried contacts in the past and could never train myself to put them on, but with some support from Dr. Loe and his patient team, I was able to get it in and start seeing so much better. I didn't expect such a change but it's amazing what a difference it made - I highly recommended Dr. Loe! Essentially they have the tools/devices and experienced staff to help you and Dr. Loe is very personable and patient with any questions you might have. I won't be going any where else for my vision needs.

Scheduled eye exam a couple weeks ahead. Came in for appt and paid all fees only to be told they don't carry my brand of contacts in their office so I would have to change brands in order for my prescription to be finalized. I like what I wear and don't want to change but because they don't carry them, they won't write me a script for my brand, and I'm out the contact exam fee. The excuse is I paid for the services of the Dr, not the prescription. I get that they need to get paid for what they do, but I never thought I would have to check to make sure they carry my brand in order to get the prescription I paid for. Now I've got to go to another provider and pay for another contact exam. I'll be sure to check that they carry my brand because honestly, I buy online because they're cheaper. That shouldn't be an issue. If I ran my business this way, I'd be out of business.
