The trail was a challenge hiking through the switchbacks and it was well rewarded with a beautiful lake and a creek. Very fun highly recommend

Can be a great day hike up to the reservoir or several hours up to the waterfall. Either way is great for beginner or advanced hikers

Sadly, no! Because it's a watershed area and reservoir there are signs everywhere saying no dogs, even on a leash.
