On 9/11/22 about 7:45 pm, I believe it was the manager, a lady was by entrance where they keep extra furniture. I asked about an item that was wobbly, if they had another one, she said she could take off $5. When I noticed the reason was because one of the legs was cracked and chipped I told her, she walked away without saying a word. Thinking she's checking for me I was left there. Went by the entrance and she was just cleaning around. She never meant to check, help me or remove the item from the floor. She left it there to sell and rip someone off. Very rude and unprofessional! This store is already expensive as it is and overrated and I see they don't care to sell an item that's not functional as long as they make money.

I like Hobby Lobby - I usually find what I looking for and sometimes a few extra items!! Their pricing is pretty good too with the discounts!

There are many good options when it comes to custom framing. I must say though that Carolyn in the framing department is fantastic! She was such a terrific help in getting an important print perfectly framed and matted! Going forward I won’t go anywhere else for my framing needs.

It's just uncomfortable to shop here. This was one of my favorite stores as a kid because I've always loved doing art, but I can't help but feel like nowadays, I'm way outside their targeted demographic and generally unwelcome. They don't have any Halloween items whatsoever and they don't accept coupons anymore. It's just weird and sad.
