I have been shopping at Belks for over 40 years. I have noticed it has changed the stuff it sells the last year or so . The quality of stuff is not as good as it used to be and the price is higher. I know Belks sold out to another company a few years ago. I like the variety of things but it is way to high.

I ordered something online and this place is the returned address on the package. Package came in and DID NOT even have what I ordered nor did they provide the package slip. I work for another belk store and know how STH is supposed to work. They switched my item for whatever they could find closest to the original and more than likely cheated the system to make their quota at the expense of their customers. I'm 100% positive this is not the only time they have done this. Very disappointed!
