I come here once in a while, but it’s usually to get something niche. I’ve been overwhelmed and to be honest, it isn’t the fault of anyone that works there. The location is weird and the parking lot is not set up to be conducive for drivers. The exit also is slightly dangerous, as it connects awkwardly to the exit from Aldi to the main road. It is a cluster. The drinks are usually made pretty well and some baristas know how to make a mean latte. It’s very hit or miss at this location, but I understand completely. You get that anywhere you go.

Got this today at the sanford, nc store. "Light Ice" did not happen. Looks and feels like extra ice. Very disappointed. Update: Starbucks reached out to me to get more information and provided us $35 fill up on our Starbucks account. I would say this is exceptional customer service on their part. I'm crossing my fingers for when we return to the Sanford Starbucks and hope for a good result. Thank you Starbucks for your genuine concern.

Inside cafe was randomly closed on a Sunday with no warning or reason and we needed to use the bathroom. Great. We did not end up going through the drive-thru either.

Updating my review because it is CRUCIAL that baristas remember some people have ALLERGIES. So when someone orders an alternate milk, it would be safest if they would CONFIRM with the customer that they heard correctly by repeating back the order in full. During one visit they were out of oat milk, and they did not seem to get it when my husband told them NO to their suggestion of coconut milk. I am ALLERGIC to coconut but still somehow ended up with a drink that had coconut milk. My throat started feeling weird and I had to spend a long drive worried I would have a worse reaction plus no coffee. Thankfully I only had two sips. ——— The usual you expect from Starbucks with espresso drinks and hot breakfast sandwiches or desserts. Always a must stop when visiting family and love that they also have a drive thru.
